The new MAC Give Me Liberty of London Collection adds the perfect touch to Spring makeup! Spring 2010 insists on the ultimate in flower power–cool cosmetics and quite British accessories. The makeup, in it's white containers adorned with whimsical flowers and birds, is sure to catch your eye. Liberty of London, with it's cool factor and fresh prints, couldn't be hotter right now, with the Target collection just being released last week.
The MAC Give Me Liberty of London Collection consists of Lipstick, Lipglass, Eye Shadows and Blush, but there are a few additional products that I think are outstanding and really set this makeup collection apart:
- Beauty Powder ($25) in Summer Rose; a soft violet-pi.jpegnk with pearl powder that I love over a bronzer.
- Nail Lacquer ($12) in Blue India, a dark green-blue pearl (actually to me it's more like a greyed out periwinkle). I've seen it on and it's an interesting and unusually pretty color.
- The Liberty of London Makeup Bags (small, $25; medium, $30) are bright, colorful and really cute. These would make a great gift.
- The Lipsticks and Lipglasses ($14) in their adorable cases will make you want to pull one out of your purse.
MAC Give Me Liberty of London Collection is available now at MAC counters and at www.maccosmetics.com. I wouldn't wait on this one…if there's something you want, you might have to scramble to find it. From my contacts at my local MAC counter, it's blowing out.
