Botanical Essence No. 1 is the first fine fragrance from British beauty expert Liz Earle. As someone who believes in taking time and getting it right, Botanical Essence No. 1 took over 3 years to develop. Using the finest botanical ingredients, Liz Earle called on the expert skills of distinguished leading French perfumer, Jean Charles Niel from Grasse, France. The result is a vibrant, fresh, unique fragrance that can be worn everyday.
Botanical Essence Eau de Parfum No. 1 starts out with citrus top notes of Bergamot, Mandarin, Orange Bigarde, Lemon and Cardamom. Citrus evolves into floral; with mid notes of Rose Absolute, Lavendar, Geranium, Coriander and Nutmeg. Despite the floral, there are definite herbal undertones that develop, as I wear this fragrance. Finally, the base notes Cedarwood, Vetiver Heavy, Tonka Bean and Patchouli oil.
I always appreciate good packaging; Liz Earle Botanical Essence No. 1 is housed in a box that is meant to store the fragrance and protect the essential oils from light and heat.
Liz Earle Botanical Essence No. 1 retails at $78 and can be ordered at www.us.lizearle.com.
