Estée Lauder has introduced a new product that targets the top concerns of all ethnicities and all skintones: redness, blotchiness, discolorations, acne marks, sun spots, puffiness and dark spots.  Estée Lauder Idealist Even Skintone Illuminator is a serum that brightens on first application as well as works to correct the underlying skintone issues.  Read on for more….

First, to help give skin a more brightened and radiant appearance, Idealist Even Skintone Illuminator uses a blend of three optic technologies.  That gives you the “instant gratification” of being able to see improvement.  The formula also contains highly-effective anti-spot ingredients including Glucosamine, which has been optimized for this serum, Vitamin C and Botanical Extracts that work together gently and quickly to help reduce the appearance of dark spots due to excess accumulations of pigment.

Next, powerful anti-oxidants including Rice Bran Extract and Vitamin E help prevent imperfections and unevenness from re-appearing. Finally, soothing anti-irritants including Licorice and Gentian minimize the visible irritation that can cause redness and blotchiness and contribute to the formation of future dark spots.

In press materials I received, the company states that in clinical testing, 62% of women showed a significant improvementtime, skin looks noticeably clearer, brighter and more even-toned.  I haven’t had the opportunity to new Idealist Even Skintone Illuminator yet, but it definitely looks promising.

Estée Lauder Idealist Even Skintone Illuminator is available at Estée Lauder counters nationwide and at  A 30 ml bottle retails at $58.00.
