This week, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about priorities, vision boards and inspiration.  What’s interesting, is that all of those business tools for goal-setting and goal-attainment can be utilized in my Nutrisystem weight-loss program.  Read on for more….

I consider myself an organized person and when things in my life are not organized, it leads to stress.  So what I’ve started to do is to make myself a priority and “schedule” time, as I would in my professional life, for activities related to my Nutrisystem program.  I told you last week that I signed up for exercise classes. By putting exercise on my calendar, I’m making that–and my well-being a priority. That’s a positive step;  I’ll keep you posted on if “scheduling” exercise leads to more regular participation.

I also take 10 minutes several times a day to make sure I’m logging all my food and reflecting on how the day is going so I can course-correct if I need to.  I plan to create a vision board, which is a tool that helps you “see” what you want to bring into your life.
