One piece of advice that you get from almost every article, program or book on dieting, is to weight yourself only once a week.  What I’ve discovered is that for me, weighing myself every morning is essential.  Had I been weighing myself daily (or at least a few times a week) in the first place, I wouldn’t have let myself get to the point I had!

Weighing myself every morning, enables me to keep my focus and determination. And make adjustments if the scale’s not moving.  I don’t want to wait one whole week to find out I’m still at the same place I started; that’s too frustrating.
