I haven’t started the Nutrisystem Success program, although I’ve seen the changes on the app that I use to log my food.  I’m really anxious to get going on it, but it won’t be until January when I order my next food shipment.  I’m glad they are keeping the focus on a plan that uses a low Glycemic-Index approach and now incorporates a higher level of protein.  I like eating something every few hours, because that way I keep refueling and don’t have that “starving” feeling.

Getting through the holidays is always a tough time to try to lose weight and I’m feeling the frustration.  I seem to be stalled out.  I lost .4 lbs. since my last check-in, making my total weight loss to date 66 lbs.  My goal for this week is actually to just maintain that–I’d love to lose, but let’s be realistic.  I’m going to enjoy my family get-togethers tonight and tomorrow.  Can I do it?  I’ll let you know next week!
