Now that the seasons are starting to change, it’s a perfect time to consider new skin care. Inspired by the incredible customer demand for Rosa Arctica Youth Regenerating Cream, Kiehl’s has launched new Rosa Arctica Lightweight Cream and Rose Arctica Eye Cream. Read on for the 411…
Like the original Rosa Arctica, each of the exciting new products harnesses the power of the rare Resurrection Flower, Haberlea rhodopensis, to “wake up” skin cells to trigger the physiological reactions resulting in healthier, regenerated, and more youthful skin.
Rosa Arctica Lightweight Cream ($60) is good news for those of us with combination skin, normal to oily skin types or anyone who just prefers a lightweight texture in their anti-aging moisturizer. You get the same improvement in the appearance of firmness, lines, wrinkles and deep hydration that you’d get with Rosa Arctica, but in a lighter formulation. Love that!
Kiehl’s chemists also recognized that the delicate skin around the eyes is thinner, making the eyes the first place to show signs of aging. So for Rosa Arctica Eye Cream ($44) , they chose a balm formulation because it is a rich, nourishing texture, which ultimately offers better hydration. Mineral brighteners revitalize and bring instant luminosity, while over time, an anti-aging formula helps to smooth crow’s feet and lift the eye contour area. Kiehl’s makes some of the best eye creams, so Rosa Arctica Eye Cream is a welcome addition to the lineup.
I’ve tried out both Rosa Arctica Lightweight Cream and Rosa Arctica Eye Cream and the textures are very luxurious and provide comfortable, complete hydration with anti-aging benefits. Especially important to me is the fact that the Rosa Arctica Lightweight Cream is hydrating without being greasy. Coming back from Fashion Week, which tests your skin under the most extreme conditions, my skin is adoring both new Rosa Arctica products.
Kiehl’s Rosa Arctica Lightweight Cream ($60) and Rosa Arctica Eye Cream ($46) are available in Kiehl’s stores and on Kiehls.com. Are you excited about these new launches? Let me know in the comments!
