Dolce&Gabbana Animalier Signature Collection

by Beauty411 on November 26, 2012

There’s something so ‘Jackie Collins’ about animal print, no? It always makes me think of her Lucky Santangelo character: extravagant, sexy–and insanely gorgeous. That sums up the new Dolce&Gabbana Makeup Animalier Signature Collection. Love leopard print? You’re in for a treat. Read on…

Following the success of last year’s must-have Animalier Bronzer, Dolce&Gabbana Makeup called on creative visionary Pat McGrath to design the Animalier Signature Collection. This limited edition makeup collection is as striking on the outside as is the makeup itself. The iconic leopard print is found on the the gleaming gold cases of the lipstick, bronzer and eyeshadow compact. Gorgeous!

The Dolce&Gabbana Makeup Animalier Signature Collection includes:

The centerpiece of the collection, the Animalier Bronzer, is simply stunning. With it’s leopard print on the top of the compact and on the top of the tablet itself, this bronzer is unlike anything you own. This bronzer is totally wearable year ’round for just the right touch of sunkissed glow, $57.

The Animalier Smooth Eye Colour Quad in Desert 123 is not to be missed. Four warm, smoky browns, beige, mink, bronze and coffee are classic shades that every woman can wear. I’m completely obsessed by these shadows, $67.

Lips are key to this collection, with three glorious Animalier Lipstick offerings in Iconic, a true red; Caramel, a very wearable beige and Desert, a sultry mocha. So chic to pull one of these lipsticks out of your purse. Of course, the gold case is topped by leopard print. Love! $34

And nails are not forgotten, with two new shades of Intense Nail Lacquer, Honey 104 and  Caramel 208. With nude nails all over the Spring 2013 runways at Fashion Week, these are nail colours you want in your collection. Beautiful coverage. $20.

The limited-edition Dolce&Gabbana Animalier Signature Collection is available now at select Saks Fifth Avenue locations and at SaksFifthAvenue.com.

GORGEOUS. I’m a sucker for unique presentation. I thought the nail polishes were lip glosses. That would have been a great added touch. Beautiful.

Oh, I’m totally with you. Packaging/presentation is everything to me and always influences my decision to buy!
