Have you ever bought a makeup product, gotten advice on how to use it, then gotten home and had absolutely no clue? Been there! MAKE UP FOR EVER is taking their Make Up School on the road in a “Makeup Bag Remix Tour” and will be traveling to 9 cities across North America beginning February 1st through mid-April. Read on for the details…
MAKE UP FOR EVER is doing something that no make up brand has done before… teaching us how to use the products we already own, regardless of the brand. The goal is to teach women how to apply their makeup successfully; we can all feel better about that!
There are two options for the Make Up Bag Remix Tour:
- A 30 minute pre-booked one-on-one make up bag consultation, where the pros go through your makeup bag, provide an interactive, hands-on lesson explaining how to apply your products, and then show you how to supplement what you already own to create your most flattering look.
- For those with limited time, quickie make up lessons will be available, offering lip and complexion touch ups featuring Pro Finish, the new, innovative multi-use compact foundation.
The tour schedule includes stops at:
- Los Angeles, CA: February 1st – 3rd
- San Francisco, CA: February 9th – 10th
-
Las Vegas, NV: February 16th – 17th
-
Dallas, TX: February 23rd – 24th
-
Miami, FL: March 2nd – 3rd
-
New York, NY: March 9th – 10th
-
Boston, MA: March 23rd – 24th
-
Chicago, IL: April 6th – 7th
-
Toronto, ON: April 13th – 14th
There will also be a a limited-edition MAKE UP FOR EVER Remix Make Up Bag designed by Christina Ricci available. Created for the beauty maven-on-the-go, Ricci’s MAKE UP FOR EVER Remix Make Up Bag will feature black faux leather adorned with gunmetal studs, metallic silk screening, and a geometric motif that highlights the brand’s signature red lip. The bag retails for $30, or $45 with a Pro Finish Multi-Use Compact Foundation (a $66 value). You’ll also be able to buy the bag at Sephora.com.
I think the MAKE UP FOREVER Make Up Bag Remix Tour is a fantastic idea and am going to try to attend a session….I definitely have a few products I could use help with (cheek contour, anyone?). Is this something you’d be interested in attending? Let me know in the comments!

I would love to go if only it was in Houston & not Dallas. Due to work I can’t make that trip. I’m sure it would have been fun. Oh, well maybe next time. I don’t like that Houston gets overlooked a lot for lots of cool things.
