How often do you switch your eye treatment product? I’m very demanding with my eye products and if I don’t see results, I move on. I’ve been busy testing eye creams and eye serums, which are a concentrated formula but with a lightweight texture. Read on to see which ones made the cut…

The product I’m most excited to tell you about is Dr. Dennis Gross Ferulic + Retinol Triple Correction Eye Serum. You know how I loved the Ferulic Acid + Retinol Brightening Solution? This eye serum offers the most comprehensive list of anti-aging ingredients I’ve seen in an eye product. Ferulic Acid provides protection from photoaging and sun damage; while five additional acids help smooth and refine the texture around the eye area while reducing the visible signs of aging. The formula includes retinol and caffeine for firming, while Arbutin, Bearberry Extract and Mulberry Extract help lighten and brighten undereye circles.  I’d repurchase this one in a minute. Dr. Dennis Gross Ferulic + Retinol Triple Correction Eye Serum retails at $65; find it at Nordstrom, Sephora, SkinStore.com, Zappos and dgskincare.com.

StriVectin-TL™ 360° Tightening Eye Serum has high-tech ingredients and an excellent formula. If you have sagging or are looking for a more “lifted” appearance in the eye area and prefer not to have a formula that contains retinol, this is the eye serum for you. It contains the NIA-114 molecule to help restore the delicate skin barrier as eyelids regain lift and the entire eye area is renewed for a more youthful contour.  StriVectin-TL™ 360° Tightening Eye Serum can be used AM/PM and has a cool, metal applicator tip, which helps decrease puffiness.  $69.

philosophy miracle worker miraculous anti-aging retinoid eye repair is an eye cream that uses high performance retinoid (hpr) to get anti-aging benefits without the irritation. I’m always careful about using retinol/retinoid formulations around my eye area for exactly that reason–but I did see results in my eye area after using this cream and I had no irritation. You can use miracle worker miraculous anti-aging retinoid eye repair both AM/PM, although I generally prefer to use retinoids at night. As with the use of any product containing retinol, you should make sure to be using a sunscreen as part of your skin care regimen. $65

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Serum Infusion a super-potent, fast-penetrating repair serum with all the repair benefits of Advanced Night Repair, made specifically for the delicate eye area. Particularly good for those that live in urban areas with higher amounts of pollution or for those exposed to environmental stressors like UV rays. Advanced Night Repair Eye Serum Infusion helps reduce every key visible sign of aging, including fine lines, wrinkles, puffiness, dark circles, dryness and uneven skintone.  The texture is lightweight, so if you feel like you need additional hydration, you can use with an eye cream, (although there is hyaluronic acid in the formula).  $62

A new favorite is the TATCHA Ageless Revitalizing Eye Cream; I’m actually pretty obsessed with it. It’s rich in botanical extracts like Peony, Yokuinin, red algae and antioxidants so it’s almost balmlike and feels great on the skin. The formula also contains hyaluronic acid–so important in providing intensive hydration to the skin. TATCHA Ageless Revitalizing Eye Cream has been the eye cream I keep reaching for in the winter dryness. This eye cream would be excellent for those with dry, dehydrated skin or fragile skin and it’s good for all ages. I’ve seen real results in terms of decreasing undereye puffiness and dark circles. Love this one! $135
