Are you a person that hates to floss their teeth? You’re not alone! I admit, I used to be so diligent about flossing, but it seems the older I get and the more time-challenged, flossing is the part of my beauty routine that gets left out. Read on for my experience with the Philips Sonicare AirFloss, a new oral care product that has gotten me back on the right track!

Sonicare AirFloss uses advanced air and MicroBurst technology that cleans your entire mouth in just 60 seconds, removing 99 percent more plaque between teeth than brushing with a manual toothbrush alone. In my case, I have permanent retainers (from braces as an adult) and trying to floss those areas is next to impossible. The Sonicare AirFloss is so simple and convenient, there’s really no excuse to not use it.

I’ve been using the Sonicare AirFloss daily and it’s fast and easy. Once you’ve completely charged it, you fill a small chamber up with water and you’re ready to go. You turn it on and press the button to deliver a burst of water in the space between teeth where you’d floss. My only advice (learned the hard way) is to keep your mouth nearly closed while you use it, otherwise the water sprays all over your bathroom mirror! It takes less than a minute to AirFloss your whole mouth and when done, your mouth feels clean and fresh. Using the Sonicare AirFloss has gotten me back into a routine that I feel is good for my oral health and that makes me very happy.

The Sonicare AirFloss retails at $89.99 and is available at Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walgreens and Drugstore.com. Is this a product you’d use? Let me know in the comments!
