Were you ever out shopping, see something you love and think “I’ll take one in every color?” That’s how I feel about the new NARS Matte Multiple. I love the original Multiple, but the Matte Multiple is absolute perfection!

The original NARS Multiple is a true multi-tasker and that’s how Founder and Creative Director François Nars intended it to be. With the Matte Multiple, you have even more options, in that you can use it wet or dry. What I love most is what is shared with the original–buildable, long-lasting color. But with the Matte Multiple, you also get a product that can be used in conjunction with other products that might have a shimmer and not look overdone.

NARS Matte Multiple shade range

The NARS Matte Multiple is available in 7 shades:

  • Anguilla – Ginger pink
  • Laos – Rose coral
  • Exumas – Pink apricot
  • Siam – Poppy red
  • Altai – Rose bronze
  • Vientiane – Copper bronze
  • Cappadoce – Golden bronze

NARS Laos matte multiple

I tested the Matte Multiple in Laos and it’s gorgeous. It will easily be wearable year around. Laos brightens up cheeks or lips (I do like a little clear gloss on the top, though). Some of the bronze shades could probably be used on eyes; Laos isn’t one that I personally would use in that area. The pigmentation and staying power is great. I would definitely love to see the Anguilla and Exumas; those are shades that I think would make a beautiful addition to my Multiple wardrobe.

The NARS Matte Multiple ($39) is available at NARS boutiques, Nordstrom, Sephora and on narscosmetics.com. Do you love the Multiple? Tell me your favorite shade in the comments!
