Estee Lauder Clear Difference - beauty

Estee Lauder has introduced ‘Clear Difference’ skin care; a trio of anti-blemish solutions for women, designed to help stop the cycle of breakouts and significantly reduce the look of blemishes and pores. The range includes Clear Difference Advanced Blemish Serum, Clear Difference Targeted Blemish Treatment and Clear Difference Complexion Perfecting BB Creme SPF 35.

For some women, blemishes and breakouts don’t end in their teens. Hormonal fluctuations, stress, environmental assaults and improper cleansing can all be causes of blemishes and breakouts. I’ve been lucky that I only get a blemish on rare occasion, but know quite a few women that still experience these problems on a consistent basis. The Clear Difference range work three ways to improve skin: by stopping the breakout cycle, refining and calming skin and controlling excess oil while helping to clear clogged pores.

The Clear Difference formula includes Salicylic Acid, proven to keep pores clear, Glucosamine helps with cell turnover and decongesting skin, Algae Extract, Sucrose and Caffeine help to reduce redness and Laminaria Saccharina, controls excess oil.

The Clear Difference Anti-Blemish range includes:

Estee Lauder Clear Difference Advanced Blemish Serum

Clear Difference Advanced Blemish Serum (1 oz. $54, 1.7 oz. $82)

Estee Lauder Clear Difference Targeted Blemish Treatment

Clear Difference Targeted Blemish Treatment ($35)

Estee Lauder Clear Difference BB Creme

Clear Difference Complexion Perfecting BB Creme SPF 35 ($42)

I have tried the Clear Difference products, although not for an extended period of time, since I don’t have ongoing blemish-prone or acnegenic skin. The range is designed to work together, but you can use the products individually.

The Clear Difference Advanced Blemish Serum can be used am and pm on clean skin. It’s light, oil-free (as are all the products), has a botanical scent and comes in an elegant, frosted bottle with pump. This would make a nice serum for anyone with combination, oily or blemish-prone complexions, as it helps to reduce and prevent blemishes, while controlling excess oil, minimizing pores, and refining skin’s texture.

The Clear Difference Targeted Blemish Treatment comes in a futuristic-looking vial. You press to release product and then use the roller applicator to spread around the affected area. When I used it, a pretty generous amount of the blemish treatment is released. If you only have a small area to be treated, there could be a lot wasted.

For those that have waited for a BB Cream especially for problem complexions, the Clear Difference Complexion Perfecting BB Creme is for you. Clear Difference Complexion Perfecting BB Creme hydrates and helps build skin’s moisture barrier. This BB Creme (available in 3 shades) provides a sheer coverage, so if you need more, you could wear it under a foundation.

The Estee Lauder Clear Difference products are available now in department stores, including Nordstrom and online at EsteeLauder.com.
