We hear all the time about brands “reimagining” or reinventing a product. It can be risky, but when the product is one of your brands’ most iconic, even more so. In the case of Lancome’s L’Absolu Rouge Lipstick, however, the effort turned out to be spot on.

L’Absolu Rouge was designed and created by Lancome Global Makeup Creative Director and makeup artist extraordinaire, Lisa Eldridge. The range includes a palette of 44 shades: 26 Creams, 9 Mattes,  8 Sheers and 1 Base (Invisible) shade. The formula is exceptional– rich, luminous color and long wear. This lipstick is so hydrating; it really moisturizes and comforts lips.

A bold red lip was seen all over the spring runways, from Dolce & Gabbana to Valentino. In this collection, you’ll find a great assortment to choose from, including 132 Caprice, 151 Absolute Rouge, 162 Rouge Chic, 189 Isabella, 191 Jezebel, 193 Souvenir and 368 Rose Lancome. Work it!

Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Lipsticks ($32 each) are available now in department stores including Nordstrom, Sephora and Lancome.com. Shades for daaaaaaaaays takes on a new meaning with this collection!
