The change of seasons is the perfect time to transition your skincare. Fall is a great time to bridge between the typically lighter textures of the summer, and the heavier creams of winter.

I like to use this time of year to repair my skin from any damage that may have occurred in the summer, as well as restore lost hydration before the colder weather. I’ve been trying a variety of skincare products and have made some great discoveries. Here are the products you need to know about now…counting down to Instagram-worthy skin in 3, 2,1.

Lancôme’s Miel-en-Mousse Foaming Cleansing Makeup Remover combines facial cleansing and makeup removal into one effective step. Love that! Start by pumping out a dab of the Acacia Honey-rich oil; work it in to effectively melt off all your makeup. Then, add a little water and transform into a foaming mousse to cleanse skin and wash away impurities. Your skin is glowing and so soft. Miel-en-Mousse Foaming Cleansing Makeup Remover has the richness of a balm but the texture of a liquid, which I prefer.

Moisturizers are a skincare essential, and I’m loving the new Original Skin™ Matte Moisturizer with Willowherb from Origins. This oil-free, pretty pink hydrator softens and smoothes skin, plus shrinks pores, making it a nice option before makeup application. It has a gel texture, and a light, fresh fragrance. I was skeptical about a matte moisturizer, but it really leaves skin with a matte finish! Best for normal, oily, combination and dry skin types.

IT Cosmetics Secret Sauce™ Clinically Advanced Miraculous Anti-Aging Moisturizer is a potent new moisturizer that transforms skin. I’ve tried many products from IT Cosmetics, and this is one of their best ever. There is a fermented complex in the formula that includes anti-aging collagen, peptides, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and licorice root, as well as proprietary Drops of Light Technology™ concentrate and diamond powder. The overall effect is substantially hydrated, glowing skin. Good for all skin types. I prefer to use this at night.

I recently been introduced to the Kopari line, and it’s so nice! The products are cruelty, paraben, silicone, sulfate and phthalate-free; non-GMO and vegan, making the Kopari line a nice choice if you prefer more natural products. I’ve tried a variety of products, including those in the Coconut Face The Day & Night Kit. Every single product is a winner–I particularly love the Coconut Rose Toner and the Coconut Lip Love. I’ll be back for more!

Onomie Powerful Priming Serum is a skincare serum that can also be used as a makeup primer. Powerful Priming Serum is a light serum that uses the power of botanicals to help skin glow. Vitamin C, glycerin, hyaluronic acid and a natural retinol are just a few of the ingredients that help hydrate, brighten and reduce pore size. It’s fragrance, paraben, alcohol and phthalate free. When your skin has a smooth texture, you’ll notice your makeup applies and looks better, too! Use as a primer in the morning, as a skincare serum at night.

I’m loving new H2O+ Lemongrass Vetiver On The Move Dry Body Oil; it’s a quick way to keep skin glowing, not greasy. Mist it on out of the shower; it dries quickly, hydrates thoroughly and smells great! You can use it on cuticles, too. You’ll want to pick up two of these…one for your bathroom and one for your nightstand. So good!

When it comes to skincare saviors, nothing beats The Body Shop Amazonian Savior Multi-Purpose Balm. This multi-purpose face and body balm is formulated with 9 natural ingredients of 100% natural origins. It conditions and nourishes skin, revives the appearance of tattoos, skin marks and more. If you have super dry skin, especially hands, using a balm like this can really help.

If your skin is dull or damaged, a peel can really help to bring back the glow. I use peels off and on, and one of the best I’ve tried is the Erno Laszlo Lighten & Brighten Vitamin C Peel. This two-phase peel, with Vitamin C, Lactic Acid and Carrot Seed, helps improve uneven skin tone and dark spots. First, apply the White Marble Radiance Emulsion onto skin and massage gently for up to 3 minutes, avoiding the eye area. Then, massage the White Marble Translucence Cream onto skin, directly over the peel. This step exfoliates and nourishes. Leave on for a minute, then rinse well with warm water and bring on the bright!

Farmacy is a skincare company that focuses on skincare with naturally-derived ingredients. Out now is the Honey Harvest Kit, which has everything you need for day-to-night moisture. Honey Drop is a lightweight moisturizer with powerful antioxidants, designed to promote a glowing complexion. Next is Honey Potion, a warming antioxidant hydration mask and Sleep Tight, a firming night balm. I’ve tried several Farmacy skincare products, and really like this line.

I just received Fresh’s new Crème Ancienne Supreme Eye Serum, and although I haven’t tested it yet, I had to tell you about it. Crème Ancienne Supreme Eye Serum is formulated with a potent silk tree bark blend, roots and botanical extracts. This eye treatment is designed to target the five signs of aging around the eye area: fine lines, dark circles, puffiness, and a loss of elasticity and moisture. Since I have all of those issues, I’m hopeful that I’ll see results with Crème Ancienne Supreme Eye Serum. This is a luxurious eye serum with a light, fresh scent. Stay tuned!
