Have I been on Nutrisystem five weeks already?  It really doesn’t seem that long ago that I started the plan!  This week I was determined to focus on getting more exercise, which is really a challenge for me.

For those that regularly work out or exercise, what’s the secret?  I travel alot for my job, so by the time I get home, I’m exhausted. Add to that a few more hours of at-home work and blogging and before I know it, it’s time to drop into bed.  So I recognize that finding the time to exercise is a challenge that I have to overcome in order to be successful on this weight-loss program.

I ordered the Wii Walk It Out game and have done it twice.  What I like about it is that you don’t even realize how far/how fast you’re walking.  And you get a great workout!  I’m trying to make it a habit, but so far, I’m still inconsistent. Nutrisystem recommends you be physically active for 20 minutes, four days a week.  While I didn’t make the number of times, I did make the number of minutes. I guess that’s partially good!
