If you’re following my progress on Nutrisystem, you know that exercise has always been my biggest challenge. It’s hard for me to find something I like and stick to it for very long. I know that if I’m going to reach my weight loss goal, exercise has to become a regular part of my life. I’ve gotten in the habit of exercising at least 3 times/week (60 minutes each time) and that’s been going well.  In fact, this past week, I’ve actually looked forward to Zumba class, because it’s such good stress relief.

So what’s the problem?  The scale!  I’ve followed my plan, ate clean, tracked my food and the scale has not moved.  HAS. NOT. MOVED. Every morning I wake up and think “This is the morning I’m going to see a whoosh!”. But nothing. Zero weight lost this week. Frustrating.

To date, my total weight loss is at 68.8 pounds. I plan to stay focused and hope that next time this week, I have some good news to report.
