If I’ve learned anything on the time I’ve been on the Nutrisystem plan, it’s that planning meals in advance has been key to my success. I’ve learned that when I’m thrown into a situation where I haven’t pre-planned, that I’m setting myself up for failure, because temptation is around every corner.

While I’m on vacation, I’ll be taking Nutrisystem breakfast and lunch bars to help me stay on track. Since we’ll be at Walt Disney World, I’ve been able to research menus online and plan our evening dinners at restaurants that have healthy options.  Of course, I fully expect that I will have one or two of my favorite treats–it is vacation, after all.  But with all the walking we do, I’m hoping to maintain and enjoy myself.

I’m also taking a minute to celebrate that I’ve hit the 80 pounds lost milestone!  I can hardly believe that it’s been a year this week that I started Nutrisystem and how much that has impacted my life.  In the past year, I’ve learned to eat healthier, make my well-being a priority, move my body and come to peace with exercise.  I’m so grateful to have found a weight-loss plan that works for me and that I’ve been able to incorporate into my lifestyle.  Thanks Nutrisystem!
