I’ve been really trying to make this year, 2012, the year of “me”. In January, I vowed to make myself and my health a priority and being on Nutrisystem has been a big part of the plan.  Read on for more…

Sometimes we get so caught up in our day-to-day activities that it’s easy to put ourselves last on the daily planner.  I was certainly guilty of that.  Since I’ve been on Nutrisystem, in order to stay on track and lose the weight I need to lose, I have had to shift my mindset to one of putting myself first. Not in a selfish way, but in a positive way that would enable me to be successful. Making the time to exercise; making a healthier lifestyle a priority.

The result is that I’m happier and feel better about myself. Inside and out. I had a physical this week and my doctor shared that every lab test that was run came in within normal limits. Before I started Nutrisystem, I was becoming concerned that I would be the first person in my family to be diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes–such a destructive disease.  I’m so happy that is not the case today!

This week when I got on the scale, it shows me being up .4 pounds making my weight loss to date, 77.0 lbs. I haven’t done anything differently, so I’m not too concerned. If you’d like to try out the new Nutrisystem® SUCCESS™ plan, Nutrisystem is offering 40% savings offer on all auto-delivery programs.  For more information, please visit www.nutrisystem.com/success4u or call 1-888-841-2572.
