Wow!  Is it just me or has this week flown by?  Seems like we’re finally starting to kick into summer around these parts, which means I’m tweaking my Nutrisystem program just a bit.  Read on for more and to see this week’s progress…

Now that the weather is getting warmer, I’m finding that I want to switch up some of my fruit and vegetable choices.  I’m craving strawberries and blueberries, instead of apples or bananas.  And for vegetables, I’m seeking out different veggies to incorporate, like cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.

As our Farmer’s Market swings into gear, I’m going to make it a point to seek out other options to keep a good variety.  I tend to be a very habitual eater and stay in a routine, but I’m realizing that in order to maintain my progress, I’m going to have to keep rotating so my body doesn’t get “stuck” and I don’t get bored.  Nutrisystem gives me so many options to stay within plan guidelines, I need to take full advantage of that–especially as I start looking toward maintenance.

This week was a good week, despite there being no Zumba classes.  I replaced Zumba with power walking a 3.5 mile course.  Maybe the changeup was what I needed…I lost 2.8 lbs., for a total weight loss of 92.8 lbs!  If you’d like to lose weight and get healthier on Nutrisystem, or for more information, go to  Take advantage of the summer savings!
