Kiehl’s new Aromatic Blends take us on a journey through the countryside of Provence, a Moroccan oasis, the jungles of Uganda and a tranquil Japanese garden.  Read on for the inspiration for this new fragrance collection.

Each of the four Kiehl’s Aromatic Blends scent families includes a Fragrance (3.4 oz., $75), Skin-Softening Body Lotion ($26) and Skin-Softening Body Cleanser ($24).  The quality of each product is exceptional. Each Aromatic Blends scent was formulated with fewer ingredients than traditional fragrances, yet higher proportions of each ingredient were used, resulting in a truer rendition of the intended scent. Kiehl’s also stayed to true to it’s values by utilizing a variety of responsible sourcing methods, resulting in fresher and stronger aromas.

Kiehl’s four Aromatic Blends include:

  • Orange Flower & Lychee, which recreates the atmosphere of late afternoon in a Moroccan garden. It’s my personal favorite; a blend of orange flower and sweet fruit.  This is my favorite scent in the collection.
  • Vanilla & Cedarwood, a delicate balance of feminine–from the Uganda Vanilla and masculine–from Virginia Cedarwood.  This is could be considered a unisex scent.
  • Nashi Blossom & Pink Grapefruit, a blend of the soft flower of a pear tree that blooms in many Japanese gardens and a refreshing citrus fruit native to Brazil.
  • Fig Leaf & Sage is best described as reminiscent of the French countryside. The notes have a fruity-herbal quality that is both “grassy” and herbal.

I’m really excited about each of these new products; the scent is true and not overpowering. What I also love is that, in the case of the Skin-Softening Body Cleanser and Skin-Softening Body Lotion, you get the same great performance as you’ve come to expect from Kiehl’s skin products.  These products were inspired by the iconic Creme de Corps formula, so you know they’re good!

Kiehl’s Aromatic Blends are available now at and wherever Kiehl’s products are sold.  Make sure to check them out!
