The fact that I have these options is another reason that I think has helped me embrace this major lifestyle change. When my husband sits down at night for his bowl of ice cream, I don’t have to feel left out…I just go to “my” section of the freezer and make a choice:

There are other new frozen options like the Red Velvet Whoopie Pie and Chocolate Cheesecake, but I haven’t had the chance to try those yet.  I’m just glad that I have options that are under 150 calories and guilt-free!
