It’s rare that I would describe a product line as having a “personality”, but in the case of Olay Fresh Effects, I think that’s true. From the fun packaging to cute names, Olay Fresh Effects makes taking care of your skin not seem like a chore. Read on for more…
What’s even better is that it’s just not a medicore product in a nice container…the Olay Fresh Effects line really works well!
{Va-Va-Vivid!} Powered Contour Cleansing System – This funky little power brush is shaped like a triangle, which is PERFECT for getting into the contours of your face. Inner corner of your nose where blackheads tend to form? Check. T-Zone and around hairline where blemishes can happen? Got that covered, too. It fits great in your hand; just wet your face, apply {Shine, Shine Go Away!} Shine Minimizing Cleanser, also sold separately ($6.99), which is great for those of us with combination skins. $12.99
{Long Live Moisture!} Satin Finish Lotion – Almost every skin type can benefit from a moisturizer and this is a lightweight moisturizer that feels like a gel. My combination skin loves it; nice under makeup, too. $12.99
{Bead Me Up!} Exfoliating Cleanser – With gentle microbeads that foam as they help exfoliate, this cleanser doesn’t leave your skin feeling stripped or taut. $6.99
{S’Wipe Out!} Refreshing Make-Up Removal Cloths – Nice size, well-saturated, cloths didn’t dry out after the first few were used, removed all my makeup (including waterproof mascara). I’ll definitely re-buy these wipes. $4.99
The {BB Cream!} Skin Perfecting Tinted Moisturizer with Sunscreen SPF 15 is a very nice addition to the BB Cream market. In addition to sunscreen protection, it has a light texture, 24 hour hydration and provides an excellent sheer to light coverage. $12.99
Overall, I really like the Olay Fresh Effects line and would not only recommend it, I’d rebuy every product that I’ve tried. I like the hipper, packaging–a bonus that wouldn’t matter if the products didn’t perform.
You can find the new Olay Fresh Effects range at drug and discount stores. Have you tried this line yet or are you planning to? Let me know in the comments!
I am so interested in trying these new “Olay” products, and also I love the new packaging of these products. Would you recommend the new items for over 50 skin? If yes, I would love to try anything that would make my skin feel young and with less wrinkles where it counts!
I love the packaging too and think this line would be fine for any age, although it is not specifically an anti-aging line. If you’re looking for that, the Olay Regenerist or Total Effects lines would be ones to check out.
