It seems like whenever I travel, I make a list of “gee, I wish I had brought ___”, or “I wish my (insert product here) came in a travel size”. Do you do that, too? I’ve been really looking forward to sharing this Gift Guide with you; it’s a great list of products that make travel-life easier!

LaPrairie Anti-Aging Eye and Lip Perfection a Porter-open

I’ve been obsessed with the LaPrairie Anti-Aging Eye and Lip Perfection à Porter ($150). This chic case houses an eye/lip creme that gives skin a boost of dehydration on the fly. I love the formula…it contains Dehydrated Hyaluronic Acid Microspheres, which are able to quickly penetrate the thin skin of the eye area and lips. The result is plumped-up skin and a revitalized appearance, including improvement in dark circles (the ones you get from not sleeping in your own bed when you’re on the road!).  The lip balm is so nourishing–great for on the airplane. Read my review of the Anti-Aging Eye and Lip Contour Cream here. In department stores including Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.

OSEA Malibu’s Travel kit ($44) enables you to bring the power of the Ocean, Sun, Earth and Atmosphere with you! This line uses organic seaweed as it’s signature ingredient. The kit includes travel-sizes of Advanced Protection Cream, Essential Hydrating Oil, Ocean Cleanser and Sea Vitamin Boost. I’ve really enjoyed trying out the OSEA Malibu products in this kit– the products work effectively and are high quality, similar to a spa-product line. Available at

Eminence Organic Clementine Spice Gift Set

Another practical gift comes from Eminence Organics.  When I travel, I notice my hands and nails get so dry, it’s almost unbearable. The limited-edition Clementine Spice Gift set for the hands and body is a perfect travel companion. Included are a Clementine Spice Hand & Cuticle Cream (2 oz.) and Clementine Spice Body Lotion (1 oz). Formulated with the most nourishing ingredients–antioxidants, seven different oils, Shea Butter and Perilla Seed, which helps skin retain moisture, I highly recommend this set. Also available is a Pear & Fig Gift Set. Location info at

Moroccanoil Holiday Volume Essentials Kit

Moroccanoil® has three limited-edition Holiday Essentials gift sets that allow you to take your favorite hair care with you when you travel. Packaged in luxe cases, the Holiday Essentials are offered in three different options (Repair, Styling and Volumizing,) to address the individual needs of every hair type. I have the Volumizing Essentials Kit ($68) which includes a Moroccanoil Treatment Light (50ml), Moroccanoil Volumizing Mousse (250ml), and Moroccanoil Weightless Hydrating Mask (75ml). Love, love, love this set! Available for purchase at fine salons and spas nationwide, $68.

ReVive Intensite Travel Kit

Every year RéVive releases the most beautiful holiday kits and if you’re shopping for a discerning traveler, the Intensité Travel Collection is a thoughtful gift. The collection contains TSA-regulation sizes of RéVive Intensité Collection’s core regimen, including: Intensité Crème Lustre Day SPF 20, Intensité Crème Lustre, Intensité Les Yeux, Cleanser Crème Luxe and Tonique Preparatif. I like the idea that you don’t have to leave your good skin care at home when you travel. With this set, you have everything you need to maintain your regimen. Available in departments stores, including Nordstrom.

Stephanie Johnson Tinseltown Essentials-RG

One last suggestion for the traveler. The right makeup bag is everything and the only line of makeup bags that I use for travel is Stephanie Johnson. Every bag in her collection is well-thought out, functional and most of all, fashionable. For the holidays, I would recommend the Tinseltown Essentials Set in Rose Gold–so chic! These bags hold the essentials and can even double as an evening bag–you can’t get much more multi-tasking than that! In department stores and
