New for Spring, MAC brings us A Fantasy of Flowers…a glorious garden of irresistible shades. Delicate pastel Pigments unfurl and the dewy sparkle of Cremesheen Glass casts a luminous gleam. Rose-coloured hues burst from lustrous Lipstick, while a heavenly hybrid of Mineralize Eye Shadows blossoms with natural splendour. Cheeks are kissed with the graceful glow of Mineralize Blush, and vivid pops of colour flourish as Fluidline and Nail Lacquer bring this flowery fantasia to life.

I’ve been loving each of the recent MAC collections and A Fantasy of Flowers is no exception. This collection has the Mineralize products I adore, in colors that are irresistable for Spring. And wait….when I opened my package, was that STEREO ROSE?? OMG! I missed it the first time around and was over the moon when I got a second chance. While it’s a bit different from the shade in the original collection, it’s still pretty. There are several other reissues in this collection, including Pagoda, one of my all-time-favorite Cremesheen Glasses.
Mineralize finishes are my favorite MAC products, so it’s no surprise that I love this collection. That being said, I didn’t find the eyeshadows to have the pigmentation that usually get. Using the right brush is key with these baked textures and I always recommend the MAC Duo Fibre Face Brush #187 and Duo Fibre Blush Brush #159 for Mineralize Skinfinish and Blush, and the Duo Fibre Blending Brush #286 for eyeshadow.
MAC A Fantasy of Flowers Collection for Spring 2014 is available now at MAC counters in department stores including Nordstrom and online at maccosmetics.com. Do you plan on picking anything up from this collection?
