best-bronze sunless self-tanning spray-hero

Let’s be honest…the Brazilians know a thing or two about gorgeous, tanned skin. As World Cup fever takes over and you see hot Brazilian women everywhere, they have one thing in common…that tan! Now, Best Bronze Sunless Tan Self-Tanning Spray, one of the secrets Brazilian celebrities, models, and influencers is available in the U.S.!

Who doesn’t love the healthy glow that comes with being outdoors or at the beach? I certainly do. But I gave up on “tanning” years ago. Mountains of evidence show the harmful effects of UVA/UVB rays; it’s just not worth it. So I use sunless tanners (or “self-tanners”) exclusively. And has someone who has tried more than their fair share, after trying Best Bronze Sunless Tan Self-Tanning Spray, I’m hooked.

I generally don’t like self-tanning sprays; I’ve found them hard to control (splatter), with uneven results. I use a mousse as my preferred formula. I was sent a bottle of Best Bronze Sunless Tan Self-Tanning Spray to try and I was hesitant. The directions stated that it was best to use before going to bed, so that the tan could develop overnight. “The tan will not rub off on your sheets or clothing”. Gulp. My Frette sheets?!! I re-read the directions, took a d-e-e-p breath and went for it.

As with any self-tanner, there are a few things you need to do to prepare before using Best Bronze. You should shower, shave and exfoliate skin a few hours before application, skip the post-shower moisturizer or oils and wait an hour after your shower, so that skin can return to it’s natural pH levels and allow maximum absorption. Gloves are included, so I used those for application. I kept the spray 8 inches from skin and avoided my hands and feet–instead after I was done, I just rubbed the excess from the gloves into those areas for a more natural look. I waited about 5 minutes and then I nervously went to bed.

When I woke up, I literally jumped out of bed to make sure my sheets weren’t ruined. Yay! No transfer or staining, whew! Then I ran to the mirror to check the Best Bronze results. LOVE! So natural looking, you’d never believe this was anything less than a natural tan. No lines, streaks or blotches, no oompa-loompa orange color. Overall, best results I’ve ever gotten from a sunless tanner. I like that Best Bronze lasts 7-12 days and is fragrance-free and (so far) I haven’t experienced any “self-tanner smell”.

If you’re hesitant about self-tanning or spray tanners, have a special event coming up, are afraid of an unnatural color–or are in search (like I always am) of the best, then Best Bronze Sunless Tan Self-Tanning Spray is for you. Best Bronze also makes Luminate, an illuminator, which adds a touch of shimmer to hair or skin and takes your tan to the next level. It’s a great complement to the Best Bronze Sunless Tanning Spray.

The good news is that the Brazilians won’t be cornering the market on the best tan any more, because Best Bronze is now available in the U.S. at Ricky’s NYC (3.5 oz. spray, $54.99) and I couldn’t be more impressed and that’s saying a lot.
