Bubbles, not carbs. Oh, if it was only this easy! Not Soap, Radio brings us some Diet Help by way of Bubbles Not Carbs, a tangerine-scented body wash, lotion and exfoliating scrub that gives us a slice of diet inspiration along with our suds. What better way to start the morning (or bikini season) on the right track?
Part of the appeal that Bubbles, not carbs and all the Originals from Not Soap, Radio have are a tongue-in-cheek approach to bath and body products. A sassy slice of life with a little aromatherapy thrown in to boost the psyche. Each formula starts with an herbal extract; in the case of Diet Help it’s horse chestnut extract, said to reduce cellulite. While I can’t claim that I noticed any difference in that, I definitely loved the fruity fragrance (mandarin, grapefruit and guava) and the positive affirmation on the bottle.
I tried three products–Bubbles, not carbs Body Wash ($16), Exfoliating Body Wash ($18) and Caresses, not carbs Souffle body lotion ($18). Each smells delicious and comes in a hefty 13 ounce bottle. Great to use after a workout or whenever you need the mood-elevating benefits from a citrusy-scented, all-natural formula. My favorite was the Exfoliating Body Wash. In addition to smelling fantastic, it’s an excellent pre-self-tanner scrub!
You can find the “Diet Help” trio that I tried and more Not Soap, Radio products at Urban Outfitters. The brand is also carried in many boutiques, salons, spas/hotels and gift stores. You can find more information at NotSoapRadio.com. Have you tried this brand yet? What were your thoughts?
