One of the makeup trends for Fall is the juxtaposition of contrasts. The new NARS Fall Color Collection, Night Caller, seamlessly integrates that concept with a palette of colors that are bold, yet tender. New Night Series Eyeliners take ‘smoldering’ to another level!
The NARS Fall 2014 Night Caller Collection includes:
Limited-edition Night Caller Jardin Perdu Duo Eyeshadow ($35) – metallic Dove Grey and metallic Amethyst
Limited-edition Night Caller Dolomites Duo Eyeshadow ($35) – shiny Rose Quartz and Chocolate
Unlawful Blush ($30) – Amber Pink with silver pearls
Bansar Satin Lip Pencil ($25) – Rose Brown
Limited-edition Mandore Satin Lip Pencil ($25) – Cranberry
Night Bird Eyeliner ($24) – black with purple pearl
Night Flight Eyeliner ($24) – black with cobalt blue pearl
Night Clubbing Eyeliner ($24) – black with gold pearl
Night Porter Eyeliner ($24) – black with green pearl
I was able to preview two items from the NARS Night Caller Collection: The NARS Bansar Satin Lip Pencil and the Night Bird Eyeliner. Bansar has the creamy formula that delivers pigmented color. On me, this reads “brown” with only a very slight tint of rose. It’s a great neutral to have in your makeup bag.
The Night Bird Eyeliner applies much the same as the Larger Than Life Eyeliners; excellent wear and color payoff–only with the addition of the pearl or glimmer element. So pretty! Blendable, smudgeable, perfect for smoky eyes. I paired Night Bird with the 413 Blkr Duo and it’s a beautiful look.
