Dealing with gray hair can be a bother at any age. Depending on how fast your grays grow in, salon visits and be frequent and expensive. I’ve recently been using Gray Away Root Touch Up products to cover my gray roots…read on for my thoughts.
Although I love my hair stylist, I need an at-home root touch up product that I can use between salon appointments. I’m so glad I found Gray Away; both the Temporary Root Concealer Spray and Root Touch-Up Magnetic Powder are easy to use, convenient and inexpensive.
I’ve tried other root concealing sprays and found that once applied, hair had a “stiff” feel, but that’s not the case with Gray Away Temporary Root Concealer Spray. The Temporary Root Concealer Spray has a tiny nozzle, so that you can direct the color precisely where you need it. There are three shades: Lightest Brown to Medium Blonde, Light Brown and Black to Dark Brown. Application is fast and the overall appearance is very natural. At a suggested retail of $9.99, Gray Away Temporary Root Concealer Spray is definitely budget-friendly.
Gray Away Root Touch-Up Magnetic Powder is another option. As you can see in the before/after above, it’s virtually undetectable in my hair! The self-adjusting color technology blends easily and matches perfectly. The unique binding formula stays put and looks natural. There’s a small sponge applicator right inside the container, so the powder is portable and packable for travel. Of the two formulas that I tried, the powder was my favorite. Both formulas are free of harsh chemicals and dyes and wash out easily. The Root Touch-Up Magnetic Powder also has a suggested retail of $9.99.
If you’ve been struggling with gray hairs that are just starting to pop up, or have to deal with them on a consistent basis, I’ve been really happy with the Gray Away Temporary Root Concealer and the Gray Away Root Touch-Up Magnetic Powder.
