Clinique Pep Start Collection

Bright packaging, great formulas and skincare essentials make up the new Clinique Pep-Start™ Collection. There’s nothing that says you can’t have fun with your skin care and that’s the feeling the Pep-Start™ Collection evokes. I’m obsessed with all of it!

The Clinique Pep-Start™ Collection includes four products:

  • Pep-Start™ Eye Cream
  • Pep-Start™ 2-in-1 Cleanser
  • Pep-Start™ HydroBlur Moisturizer
  • Pep-Start™ Quick Cleansing Swipes

Clinique Pep-Start Collection

I’ve been using each of the products in the Pep-Start Collection and have been really impressed with the results that I’ve seen. To be honest, there wasn’t a product in the collection I didn’t love.

Clinique Pep Start Eye Cream

Starting with the Pep-Start Eye Cream ($26.50), this formula is lightweight, yet packed with peptides, caffeine and extracts. The Pep-Start Eye Cream comes in an adorable orange tube with a big roller ball at the end. It took me a few times to get the hang of “snap, pop and swipe” but this eye cream does help brighten, hydrate and soothe. I’m a big fan of Clinique eye creams and this is one more to add to your “give it a try” list.

Clinique Pep Start 2 in 1 Exfoliating Cleanser

I don’t know about you, but a good facial cleanser is everything. The Pep-Start 2-in-1 Cleanser ($19.50) cleanses and exfoliates. The exfoliating action comes from a combination of papaya extract along with natural silica and bamboo beads. What that means is that the Pep-Start 2-in-1 Cleanser exfoliates and cleans without tearing up your skin or leaving it feeling stripped. Instead, you get glowing, comfortable, radiant skin. All skin types can use it, too. I love using this cleanser in the morning.

The Pep-Start HydroBlur Moisturizer ($29.50) is a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer that blurs, controls oil and perfects skin while hydrating. Good for most skin types, the Pep-Start HydroBlur Moisturizer can be used after cleansing as a primer or makeup prep. It has an interesting texture to it; disappearing into the skin easily and leaving a matte finish without a residue or feeling heavy. My recommendation is that if you use Pep-Start HydroBlue Moisturizer before your makeup, don’t apply a primer on top; the formulas won’t play nice.

Clinique Pep-Start Quick Cleansing Swipes

Who doesn’t love the convenience of a wipe? Pep-Start Quick Cleansing Swipes ($14) are a textured wipe that can be used to refresh skin, remove makeup and gently exfoliate. They’re great for your locker or travel. My favorite way to use the Quick Cleansing Swipes is as the first step in a makeup removal routine. I like to use the Swipe to take off the makeup and refresh my skin, then follow up with a cleanser to deep clean my skin.

You can find the Clinique Pep-Start™ Collection exclusively at Sephora, and If you’re looking to amp up your skincare game, there’s a Pep-Start Sampler Kit ($15) available. Get ready for your close-up!
