The Guerlain Happy Rosy Glow Spring Collection celebrates 30 years of Météorites Pearls. The illuminating, highlighting and color-correcting Météorites Pearls created a sensation when they were first released. This Collection celebrates that, and the rosy glow of Spring.
The Guerlain Happy Rosy Glow Spring Collection includes:
Météorites Brush, $40
KissKiss Lip Collectors in Blossom Glow and Pink, $38
Guerlain always comes out with a gorgeous Spring Collection and this year is no different. I’ve long used Météorites Pearls as a finishing powder, and love the finish and glow they impart. I was excited to receive the Guerlain Météorites Happy Glow Blush to preview, since I hadn’t seen anything like it before in the line.
The Météorites Happy Glow Blush case is a delicate pink; it’s plastic, so much lighter than past compacts. Inside, the tablet is beautiful and luminous, with shades of white, rose and pink and has the signature Guerlain violet scent that I love. Météorites Happy Glow Blush imparts a very subtle pink flush. The finish is illuminating, with a bit of shimmer; similar to the Météorites Pearls. To use this as a blush, you need to build the color, as it’s so light. To me, the Happy Glow Blush was best used as a highlighter, and would be best on those with fair to medium skintones.
