Urban Decay is at it again…with the release of the new Backtalk Collection, we can realize our pink makeup obsession. It makes total sense that Urban Decay would talk their #1 selling Vice Lipstick…Backtalk…and make a palette to go with. And WHAT a palette!

I’ve seen many Urban Decay palette releases; each is their own carefully curated work of beauty. But the monochromatic Backtalk Palette goes to a new level. It’s a two-sided palette, with eight mauve, soft berry and muted rose eyeshadows on one side and four coordinating shades of blush and highlighter on the other. It’s stunning! I also love that there is a slide-out mirror, so that you can use it to see what you’re doing. The packaging is sturdy; this palette will hold up to travel.

On the eyeshadow side, I had mostly good pigmentation; the three lightest shades (3 Sheets, Bare and Curve) were the ones that were least pigmented. The remaining shades all had excellent blendability and color payoff. For best results, I always use and recommend a primer. The pigmentation on the cheek colors is particularly nice, blending easily.

In addition to the Backtalk Palette, the lip collection includes:

I’m loving the new Hi-Fi Shine Ultra Cushion Lipglosses. This new formula is super comfortable to wear, not sticky, and shiny AF! There are 20 shades, including Backtalk, and a variety of finishes including holographic, creams, shimmers and metallics. There is a slight plumping effect, too. Definitely check them out!

The Limited-Edition Urban Decay Backtalk Collection is available now exclusively at Sephora/Sephora.com. Will you be adding anything to your shopping bag?
