I spend a considerable amount of time (and money) taking care of my skin, and getting results is important to me. Besides looking in the mirror, or taking selfies, now there’s a new way to assess whether your skin care is working….the Clarisonic Mia Smart device!

I’ve used Clarisonic devices for years, but the Mia Smart takes sonic cleansing to a high-tech level. This new version is the most versatile yet. It has two customizable cleansing programs, plus a Smart Mode. The Smart mode expands beyond cleansing to perform anti-aging actions such as eye massage, and even makeup application. To take advantage of all the features of the Mia Smart, you simply download the Clarisonic app and pair with your device via bluetooth. You can track your skin’s progress, compare before and afters, sync to get a custom routine and more. The Mia Smart unit comes with a softer, gentler head that has a light to indicate when your brush needs replacing. The Soft Start mode allows for an easy transition to your cleansing routine. It starts out at 80% power on the first use and then gradually works it’s way up to full power after two weeks of use.

The Sonic Awakening Eye Massager (compatible with MIA Smart only) is amazing. This is your anti-aging head; it has two rounded aluminum tops to cool and massage around the eye area. The benefits include improving micro circulation, smoothness and luminosity in the eye area, and visibly reducing puffiness, crow’s feet and under eye wrinkles! I really like this attachment; over time I’m really excited to see results and noticeable de-puffing.

You can find the Mia Smart Sonic Beauty Device in Sephora, ULTA, QVC and at clarisonic.com. There are holiday sets available, making this a “smart” gift idea. And if you’re shopping the Sephora Holiday Bonus Beauty Insider Event (read my post on it, here), add this to your list!
